Still, they won't hold up for very long without being careful and not letting your teensagers use them. A little superglue and it was fine. The sound quality is more than adequate.They are so lightweight that I'm afraid I'm going to break it sometimes. Well, actually, I broke the mic arm off one of them before I realized that they couldn't be adjusted (bent).
That was over a week ago, and we have not heard back from them. Clearly they had not read our complaint at all. We wrote back saying that was an unsatisfactory solution and asking for an better solution from them. When I hooked the headset over my ear, I heard the snap of one of the components breaking. Very very bad service. The vendor wrote back promptly stating that they would charge us a restocking fee (so they must plan on sending this broken unit out to someone else). I wrote to the supplier explaining the problem, asking for a refund, and offering to return the product if they would send an address. and saying that we must return it with no damaged parts before they would consider refunding the money.
Caller on other end detects a funny background noise. Hard to keep on your ear and then adjust mouthpiece. Not very loud even with volume turned all the way up.
